Yet while all of those aspects are no doubt important to players, many want to know what they can expect in terms of camera angles.

This will undoubtedly come as great news for RPG fans given that the ability to switch between a first-person and third-person view is a staple of the genre, especially when it comes to titles in the same vein asThe Elder Scrolls.Obsidian’sFallout: New Vegasfeatured the optionbut based on the studio’s previous release, players had their doubts aboutAvowed.

Avowed Is Going To Give You What Elder Scrolls 6 Won’t

What’s The Point Of Cool Armor If You Can’t See It?

Despite plenty of requests to add in a third-person view option to Obsidian’s previous RPGThe Outer Worlds, the feature was never included, causing many to question whether the same would happen withAvowed. While it is possible to change to a third-person view inThe Outer Worldswith the help of mods, it’s certainly not something that simply works straight out the box. Having it baked in as an option makes it significantly more accessible for all players.

It may not seem like such a massive difference but the opportunity to adjust one’s perspective from first-person to third-person has proven to be especially popular with audiences. Both options have their merits asthe former is better suited for providing an immersive gameplay experiencethat allows focus to be placed on certain objects and characters with greater ease. That being said, the latter provides users with a broader sense of belonging in the worldwhile also giving them an opportunity to scope out their gear and equipment.
