Fire Country Season 3 trailer reveals one character at death’s door and fans aren’t happy
Fire Country Season 3is making Bode confront a lot of his trauma – but sadly, he’s not the only character trauma has chosen to follow around if a new trailer is anything to go by.
BetweenRiley’s deathcoming back to haunt him and being tempted with pain meds despite his problems with addiction, Bode’s got his work cut out. Heading into the now-confirmedSeason 4, none of this shows any signs of slowing down.
But this is Fire Country! People are engulfed in flames and their own issues every episode! Of course, Bode isn’t the only one who gives off tragic vibes. And I’m not talking about how Audrey and Bode are clearly a better match than Bode and Gabriela.
Instead, the show’s potential next victim is much more unsuspecting. They’re the most likely to be affected by the shocking death in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 13, but we didn’t expect it to be this much.
Manny is lifeless in Fire Country Season 3 trailer
If you caught the latest trailer for Fire Country Season 3, you’ll have noticed a near-lifeless Manny in a hospital bed, being cradled by Gabriela. It doesn’t take more than a split second to work out this isn’t a good sign, potentially meaning Manny will be killed off in the near future.
As the bottom left-hand corner suggests, this is all likely to play out in Friday’s episode ‘Death Trap,’ which might actually do what it says on the tin. After the particularly gruelling events of the last two episodes, it’s unsurprising Manny isn’t in the best physical shape… but this?

Fire Country Season 3 won’t return until April 2025 and there’s a frustrating reason
“Smh, can they just get Manny out of Three Rock?!! Give him a love interest. We’re so tired of this constant contrived drama!” one fancomplainedon Reddit.
A second agreed: “Can they give the Perez family some sort of Break?! Would it hurt these writers to let Gabriela and Manny be at peace for a little while? I don’t understand why Tia [Napolitano, showrunner] thinks these characters have to be going through life changing traumas all the time! It’s boring and got old fast.
“That’s all she knows, that and love triangles. Even Gabriela’s depression was handled so poorly, one episode she was depressed, next she is happy and hugging Manny like nothing happened. No therapy, no nothing. Now Manny is in the hospital? Like haven’t they been through enough?!”
“Omg??? Not Manny!!! Honey if something happens to Manny or Gabriela, I’m done with this show for good, no hesitation. I’m hanging on by a thread as it is. Gabriela losing Manny will just break her for good, like I can’t even imagine that. How much more can one person take?” a third wrote.
Early spoilers also suggest Gabriela will come clean about still loving Bode, saying “I still love Bode on some level and everyone can tell” in the above clip.
