The best way to get there is to travel to aFast Travelpoint, and it is always the first choice. The forge is to the left of the travel point, where a golden archway appears.

Once here, speak to Kaheva. In her menu, move over to the upgrades tab. Here you will be able to upgrade your swords, bow, quiver as well as amulets.
