Animal Crossing: New Horizonswill tour America starting this month with its new aquarium tour. In the cozy, laid-back social simulation game, players can fish and assemble an aquarium of their own, which clearly inspired the real-world exhibition.

After a successful partnership between Nintendo and the Seattle Aquarium between June 26, 2025, and June 26, 2025,Nintendoannounced its intent to expand this aquarium experience to a national level starting June 14. In the coming months,Animal Crossingfans in South Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Oregon, Massachusetts, Arizona, and Tenessee will be able to attend the exhibition, with the full tour dates below:

What Can Animal Crossing Fans Look Forward To On Its Aquarium Tour?

Photo Ops, Merch, And Meet-And-Greets Are Available

In addition to the impressive array of marine animals at each location, Nintendo’s announcement confirms thateach aquarium on tour will hostAnimal Crossing-themed photo ops with character standees and more. On select days and in specific locations, visitors will also be able to meet major characters from the games, such asIsabelle, Tom Nook, or K.K. Slider.

If the Seattle Aquarium’s exhibition is any indication of what the rest of the tour will feature,there could also be further activities for visitors to get involved with. The Seattle Aquarium hosted a bingo scavenger hunt that could be played via smart devices and also had plenty of collectible souvenirs that could be won by participating in special events such as stamp rallies.

Nintendo has previously held several successfulAnimal Crossing: New Horizons-themed collaborations with museums and aquariums in Japan, and if the Seattle exhibition is anything to go by, Nintendo has tried to bring as much of this acclaimed experience to American shores as possible.
