A Starfield player’s ship launch took an unexpected turn after a bizarre bug saw them fired into space with just the cockpit of their ship, with everything else being left behind.

Popular gaming creator Shroud has even expressed hiswish for more in-game bugs for the Sci-fi RPGas he states Bethesda’s “bug-filled” games give them charm. His wish has been fulfilled after Starfield players have been getting launched into space in a hilarious way.

Starfield bug causes ship launch to go hilariously wrong

A user posted a video to theStarfield subreddit, which showed the player’s character being launched into space with just the cockpit of his ship and nothing else.

In the clip, the player is seen starting the takeoff sequence as usual, before the hilarious outcome, which was caused by a bug that fans suspect is related to the Ship Building feature.

“You literally cannot move in space as your thrusters are still on the ground, so I hope you’ve got some fast travel points,” onecommentresponded.
