It’s possible that 2025’sSupermancould debut a new version of the Justice Society, rather than the Justice League, reinvented after a version of the team appeared in 2022’sBlack Adam. With so many heroes being introduced inSuperman’sstrong DCU cast, it stands to reason that James Gunn could be laying the foundations for a powerful superhero team to make its way into the rebooted franchise, though it remains to be seen which Justice team debuts first.
WhileEdi Gathegi’s Mister Terrificcould debut as a member of a superhero team, it’s also possible thatSupermanwill focus on him as a lone warrior, prior to meeting Superman and being recruited into a powerful group.Michael Holt is an incredibly powerful hero separate to his various teams, with his supreme intelligence, aptitude for picking up new skills, technological genius, and advanced equipment making his solo adventures very exciting, too. Even so, it would be great to see the DCU’s first superhero team appear inSuperman, but only time will tell.
