Valorant Finisher Cam added in 10.11 update patch notes
Valorant is getting a “finisher cam” in the 10.11 update, and there are also some big bug fixes to come. Here’s what you need to know about the newest patch notes.
The summer of 2025 sees Valorant celebrate it’s fifth anniversary. Yes, it has genuinely been five years since Riot Games first introduced their five-on-five first-person shooter to the world.

To celebrate the big milestone,Riot have promised that some big changeswill be coming to Future Earth. That includes the long-awaited replays, a switch to Unreal Engine 5, as well as a crackdown on smurfs with a new requirement for multi-factor authentication.
Some of these changes are coming further down the line, more towards the end of the summer and the conclusion of Valorant Champions in October. However, update 10.11 is around the corner and it has a big change – Finisher Cam.

Valorant Finisher Cam explained
That’s right, the newest update will see Finisher Cam added to Valorant. This will trigger following deaths by guns that have finishers. It works in the same vein as how Spike Cam has worked.
“We hope this will help combat visual clutter and related photosensitivity concerns for those sensitive to flashing lights, as well as performance issues associated with how your view would sometimes behave during finishers in the past,” Riot said.

Additionally, there are a number of bug fixes for Fade, Waylay, Tejo, Clover, Chamber, and Breach. However, the issues with Icebox persist in Deathmatch and Escalation, so it will remain disabled in those match types for now.
There are also new rewards for Premier on PC, with the winners of the V25A3 playoffs receiving a player card. That is in addition to the gun buddy and in-game title.
