xQc slams Brawadis over “out of touch” apology for arguing with Starbucks worker
Streaming star xQc couldn’t help but laugh at YouTuber Brawadis, who made an apology video after arguing with a Starbucks worker who asked him to stop filming in a cafe.
Brawadis is a popularYouTuberand the older brother of fellow content creatorFaZeRug. In August 2025, Brawadis was filming a video trying exotic drinks from fast food spots when he entered aStarbucksto get a Refresher.
However, the supervisor on staff asked him not to film in order to protect the workers’ and customers’ privacy, sparking a disagreement between the two where Brawadis argued that he was only filming himself and no one else.
Eventually, a security guard showed up and urged him to leave the cafe. The police were also called to the scene, who deescalated matters and allowed the YouTuber to leave with his drink.
While Brawadis admitted that there were “probably some things I said at the Starbucks that were a little disrespectful or out of line a little bit,” he held firm on his stance that the Starbucks supervisor was “purposefully trying to push [his] buttons.”
Brawadis apologizes for Starbucks incident
It wasn’t long before backlash started to mount against the YouTuber, prompting him to delete the video. FaZe Rug also addressed the situation, distancing himself from his brother’s actions and saying he was “not happy” with his behavior at the cafe.
Brawadis uploaded an apology video on August 12, where he opened up about some recent mental health struggles he’s been facing and announced that he’ll be taking a break from making content to seek therapy.

“I’m in a very dark spot mentally,” he said. “I’m not happy with myself. I’m in a really tough, dark spot up here in my own head. There have been a couple different things that have occurred in my life recently that have put me in a depressive state.
“Instead of trying to seek a solution for what’s been bothering me… I’ve just tried to brush it off to the side. …It’s showing in some of the ways that I lash out at people, and that’s just not me.”

Brawadis’ video quickly made the rounds on social media, catching the attention of famous streamerxQc, who watched it alongside his viewers that night.
The broadcaster instantly burst out laughing, noticing the spacious living room and massive TV behind Brawadis.
“Dude, I can’t explain how out of touch this is,” xQc said. “Guy goes into a Starbucks, goes, ‘This is my job,’ as he annoys some near-minimum wage worker at Starbucks, and starts his video in his living room in a f**kin’ mansion with marble floors. You cannot make this up.”

Responses to Brawadis’ apology video have been largely negative, with one viewer writing on YouTube, “Giving minimum wage workers a hard time is a new type of low, bro.”
“You told a man he ‘looked poor,’ that’s insane,” another said.
